WHAT IF I HAVE OTHER INTERRUPTION WHILE FILLING UP THE SURVEY, OR MY PARTNER IS NOT AROUND WITH ME, WE CANNOT COMPLETE THE SURVEY ONE GO?

Dear Sir/ Madam, due to the Google form does not have a "save button", you could click next" and "submit" first with whatever you have filled in, this will automatically save your response. Once you are available or your partner is with you, you can click on the same link using the same email to edit after response and continue to "submit" the completed survey.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

Yes, we will invite respondents who have completed answering the questionnaire to join the webinar and group consulatation.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PREFER ANSWERING IN VIA EMAIL OR PHONE INTERVIEW?

Yes, you can email us via myfeedingproject@gmail.com or WhatApps us to further arrange an invitation to answer via email or phone interview.

MY BABY IS NOW FOUR MONTHS OLD; CAN I JOIN?

Dear Sir/ Madam, please wait till your baby is six months old to join MY Feeding Project. In the meantime, do help us promote to your friends and family who fulfil the participation criteria.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY NAME, POSTAGE ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER?

Dear Sir/ Madam, one of MY Feeding Project respondents' benefits is you will receive a token of appreciation for every participation. We will also post the lucky draw gift to your postage address and invite you to join the webinar by contacting you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CHILD IS BORN FULL-TERM OR PRETERM?

Dear Sir/ Madam, if your child is born at or above 37 weeks, then he or she is full-term, and your family is eligible to join MY Feeding Project.

WHAT IF MY ANSWER IS WRONG?

Dear Sir/ Madam, there is no right or wrong answers you/ your partner chosen. The answers only represent the best description of your opinions.

DO I NEED TO PAY TO GET THE PERSONALISE NUTRITIONAL REPORT OR WEBINAR?

Dear Sir/ Madam, one of MY Feeding Project respondents' benefits is you will receive a personalise nutritional report, and you will be invited to join the webinar free of charge.

WHAT IF I CAN'T JOIN THE WEBINAR LIVE SESSION?

Dear Sir/ Madam, we will upload the recording of webinars to the private group dedicated to all respondents to be view whenever wherever suit your daily schedule.

IS THIS AN INTERVENTION STUDY? IS THERE ANY RISK?

Dear Sir/ Madam, this is a cross-sectional study. It only requires you to answer at one point in time. The risk is minimal as only requires you to answer an online survey, there is no blood taking or urine samples needed.
